It has impacted my life in so many ways. It’s given me so many best friends. It’s given me my sorority bag, who is one of my closest friends ever. And she’s such a role model for me. And it’s given me my roommates that I live with right now, who I love, and just so many good memories that I really couldn’t imagine not having be a part of my college experience…..”

For my interview project, I have decided to explore the world of being in a sorority through my friend Mckenzie Acton. Mckenzie is a sophomore here at UNC and is currently a member of the sorority house Alpha Chi Omega, also known as AXO, on campus. I want to specifically understand what it’s like to be in a sorority at UNC, the process of how to get into a sorority, how being in a sorority has impacted her life, and some advice she would like to share for girls who are interested in joining a sorority.
